Great location, room get cleaned on daily basis. Cheapest hotel around the area. Room is fairly clean. Washroom especially the shower was a bit of a pain to use, there was no bathroom curtain and the washroom ended up getting very slippery all the time. TV was also not working.

The hotel is in an easily accessible location close to shopping malls, supermarkets, stores, bus stop, train station, in short, a good location. The hotel is very clean. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Good location. Walking distance from the undergrounds. Breakfast simply but enough. Clean. Great choice for the price

The room was ok, it was a bit noisy because of the traffic but the price was reasonable so we can't complain. The bathroom was rather small and the door was quite annoying but everything worked , I mean the shower or toilet. The only real problem was the breakfast . The first day we got 2 toasts and one slice of cheese and that;s it. There were also some jams and cereal but no ham , no eggs . Nothing . We stayed in many hotels in the Uk and all over the world but we have never experienced such a poor meal. Generally , I recommend the hotel because it was clean , the bed was comfortable and the price was really good.

Great hotel situated not far from Shepherds Bush/Goldhawk Rd tube stations. We stayed in the annex 61 room was very clean & had toiletries & beverages provided (fridge in the room very useful). Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate & there was plenty of staff keeping everything topped up.

It was a good hotel considering the price. The shower looked new, and for some reason there was a refrigerator, which I was happy about. The only downside was that on my last day there was no hot water. I mentioned this to the receptionist, and they came to my room to check, and the hot water came back on, but then it stopped working again. The receptionist was only there until 11:00, so I couldn't take a bath on my last day, and the central heating stopped working too. It was a shame about the last part, but the receptionist was kind and the room was clean. They changed the towels every day, so I was satisfied. It was under renovation.

Overall, it was good. My only observation was that the first night at the hotel the beds were not made and there were no sheets or towels. The next day we complained and they fixed almost everything except the TV channels.

It's hot and humid, so I'm going to eat some haungsukki pokka. It's not a tandoori chicken, it's a fried chicken. I'm going to eat some new chicken. When I ask, "Where are you going?", you say "I'm going to eat some haungsukki pokka."

•I think this season is tough because the oil heater doesn't work. •The toilet is small and my feet hit it. •There was no TV signal, so I couldn't watch it for two days. →When I told the owner, he said, ``Sometimes you can watch it because of problems in the area.'' The location is perfect!

Convenient transportation and cheap price

In addition to the breakfast being really good, the location is also okay. I really don’t recommend it. It’s owned by a Polish family and has a very rude and unreasonable attitude! The room is small. The single room is extremely noisy and faces the road. The triple room is okay. The bed is very small.

The carpet is super dirty, the toilet is so thin, there is a smell, the breakfast only has toast, oatmeal, super sweet instant cake... no eggs, poor sound insulation, very old, it is better to be near Westfield Mall, but it will take a while...

Although the room is small, it is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the stairs are too narrow and it is easy to fall when going downstairs. Especially since there is no elevator, it is very inconvenient to go up and downstairs with luggage. I fell down.
