It was a decent hotel but the service was pretty bad and the staff don't give a f*** about the guests. Such rude people... Room telephones don't work and you'll only get ignored if you call from your mobile phone directly. Its a good option if you're going to be out roaming all day and use this room just for resting.

It was alright for the price but the rooms smell a bit damp and like sweat. But the view is good. Best for people who'll use the room for sleeping only.

Another excellent stay and staff extremely helpful as always. Executive room was really good with excellent facilities. Perfect location and great value compared to other hotels close by

Stayed for a night and got an amazing room! Very spacious and comfortable, im extremely grateful! Definitely will be back! Complete amenities and a great view too! The shower was lovely, fully functional and detachable. I had a massive view, and a double bed. Breakfast was an option but and seemed lovely but I didn’t try it as I was there briefly.

Location and service was good, staff was helpful but room was not the best but it was fine.

Cheap and best place to stay in Canary-wharf

Good hotel with big rooms and excellent view.

This is a very convenient spot and always very cheap. You do get what you pay for though - I went for a room without windows and it was quite the airlock. However the bar and general feel of the place is nice.

Worst experience just for name sake it is 4 start hotel. Premier inn and Travelodge is way better than this hotel

The overall appearance of the hotel is a bit dated. The deco of the room is old fashioned. However, the bed was comfy and the shower was good.

Very poor and dirty in all aspects

This guy at reception was really bored. He spoke too fast and because he was behind a glass screen, we could not understand almost anything of what he was saying. After ‘greeting’ us with a bored face, he gave us our room cards. When asked him where the lifts are, he laughed with his colleague and pointed. Room was okay - had to pay extra for a window room( and the view was of NOTHING) and there was no cutlery available. Only a cheap stirer in the mugs

Staff was amazing - professional and polite. Bit understaffed at times, but they did their best. Amenities were a bit lacking, as they didn't even have a toothbrush or slippers provided within the room. The room was really cheap, but I'd rather have a toothbrush and slippers over an ironing board within the room. Location was pretty good, just a 7 minute walk to the Tube.
