Very central, big hotel. free coffee in.lobby. This Citadines didnt include housekeeping unless it was paid extra. There was no mention anywhere of this in hotel description during booking. I was at a Citadines 1 week before in Tokyo and there they had a choice, both free. According to London reception.desk it.was.because these are *apartments* (but so were the Tokyo ones) and they told TRIP.com didnt provide all info and they were not responsible. I was asked to leave a review on Citadines where I mentioned this issue to receive a very 'defensive' reply of reception manager after a few minutes. Its not a super big deal but the way London staff handled things is not like one would hope: very defensive and not very nice honestly.

Great location for theatre and looking round trafalher square
Kitchenette was in room
Free tea coffees and hot choc down stairs
Disappointed that the car park wasn’t open
Very close to unground and trains

Excelente hotel! Amazing location, clean, wide rooms, microwave, dish washer, cutlery, and more. 2’ from the underground, and the british museum. We’ll be back for sure

Very central hotel, within walking distance of everything. The room is very complete, with a kitchen, microwave and fridge. It also has air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has soap, shampoo and shower gel at your disposal. The staff is very friendly and does their job perfectly. They don't clean the room unless you ask and pay extra.
