Un hotel acogedor, bien ubicado. Buen transporte cerca. Muy tranquilo. Habitaciones pequeñas pero acogedoras y limpias. Personal amable y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas durante la mañana del check out para recorrer aún más.  La acústica entre habitaciones es mala pero en general no hubo mucho ruido. Te dejan de cortesía un hervidor eléctrico con te, café  y chocolate para preparar.

A cozy hotel, well located. Good transportation nearby. Very quiet. Small but cozy and clean rooms. Friendly staff and they allowed us to store our bags during the morning of check out to explore even more. The acoustics between rooms are bad but in general there was not much noise. They leave you a complimentary electric kettle with tea, coffee and chocolate to prepare.

Good to spend with friends
I feel reassured that this is a safe neighborhood in London.
The staff is friendly and the bus stops right in front.

We were booked first at Carlton Hotel across the street. Days were booked wrong and they wouldn't help at all. It was smelly and small and not pleasant  So we went across the street to Victoria Inn.  Big lobby with marble floors (already a huge difference). The desk clerk from Iran was absolutely wonderful, helpful and friendly in every way. He even had the rooms cleaned so I could get in early with my migraine headache. We are SOO relieve that we found a good place to be. The room was very clean and totally acceptable.

I asked for a quiet room and was put in the basement right behind the reception so every single person checking in came past my room and most checking out thumped their wheelie bags down every step of the stairs on the way down outside my door.  Walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the lobby including the receptionist on their phone and what sounded like a podcast playing. The floor boards of the room above me creaked as if it was going to cave in and every morning for the three days I stayed there the thumping and creaking woke me up at about 4am and went on all morning - presumably guests checking out for cheap morning flights. Helpfully, someone started hoovering at 6am one morning. The walls and tiling in the room and bathroom were worn and dirty. The towel was stained. The drains in the bathroom smelled when I arrived and stank out the bedroom. They also gurgled and popped with bubbles of stagnant water throughout the night. My room wasn’t cleaned, bed made or towels changed once in the three nights I stayed. I ran out of toilet paper just before I left because there was no spare roll. They stopped doing breakfast two years ago apparently so don’t believe the photos showing a breakfast room. And the carpet felt so dirty I didn’t take my socks off to walk on it for fear of picking up an infection. I seriously considered just leaving but simply couldn’t afford to book somewhere else. Don’t stay here.

You get what you pay for so to speak.  This hotel situated in Pimlico, close to Victoria station, is an everyday London hotel.  Smal rooms, smal bathroom and shower. The TV was though.  The area is great. Close to big tourist attractions. Quiet and has some good shops.  The shower was so small that one could not move around.  One day me didn't get cleaned.  Staff was pretty friendly but seemed like they rather be out having a pint or something.   Would I stay here again? Maybe. Its cheap and if you are just looking for a place to sleep and are not picky I guess its oki.
