Lift is slow and during night, not function. We have to use stairs to 4th floor. The stairs is steep. Reception guy is not friendly and not helping, pls change this Staff.

The location is perfectly located near the Paddington station, but the room is so small and a little bit old. Overall, this is a satisfying stay at this $$.

Great location. Stayed for 2 nights and it was easy to walk from Paddington Station. For the amount that I paid for, the room served its purpose for a short stay. The room is small and clean. It was good enough for me. I would say its a good place to stay for solo traveller first time in London.

Not pleasant to deal with. Arrived and my allocated room was unlocked with door open and facing onto street even though requested a quiet room. Asked to be moved, other rooms weren't ready but got told come back in an hour and they'd have another room out back ready. Returned and got room key to find I was allocated an internal room with no window that was roasting hot. When I stated this wasn't what I booked I was bluntly told no other rooms available including the one originally allocated. The staff member reluctantly got the air conditioning unit working which did help, but room was different to what was booked and not clean, dirty cups remained from previous user. All the staff member had to do was apologise for the inconvenience but wasn't willing to do so hence this review

Simply horrible the cleanliness and really needs to be seen again even better I don't understand why this hotel is still open the rooms are really very small for three people and really very old the elevator hasn't been working for a very long time apparently not easy when your rooms and located on the 4th floor with luggage and child my worst and the shower of unimaginable dirt I really do not recommend this hotel to avoid

It's okay. The room is adequate. Toiletries are available. There are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to prepare them yourself

The hotel is in a good location, near the Paddington subway, but the hotel facilities are very poor. The elevator does not display and the buttons are not easy to use. The room has poor sound insulation and is quite noisy. I was supposed to store my luggage in the hotel, but it turned out that it was just next to the stairs, which was not the case. It's closed, there's no one to look after it, and the service is very poor. It charges 106 pounds for paid storage. I hope to avoid this hotel next time I go to London.

The room is small, it's a private hotel, the location is good, it's ok for just one night

The experience is relatively poor, it is very small, it can't even fit a suitcase beyond the bed, and the washbasin is really only a little bigger than the palm of my hand. The elevator was said to be broken, and the small stairs and aisles were cramped to carry luggage, and unknown bugs even crawled onto my arms at night. However, the conditions may be similar near Paddington Station. The price of more than 800 and nearly 900 is really a bad experience.

The location is first-class, just 400 meters near the station, and 500 meters near Hyde Park, but the three of us live in two beds, it's really small, and the sanitation is average

It says double room on the Internet, but there is no double bed, very angry.

It's near the station, so it's very close, the facilities are okay, and I think the cleanliness is okay. Maybe it's because I didn't expect much, so it's good for just one night's sleep.

Given average London prices I wasn't expecting much more. Near the metro. Very basic, scruffy structure. If it was one star that would be correct.
