Hotel clean n had tea / coffee bags to make drinks. Staff very friendly n helpful. Room was very clean n in good location. Will recommend to others

Fit for backpacker without luggage or maybe just a small luggage. Because we got a free luggage storage if we bring the luggage to downstair by your self and if we ask for help to keep our luggage in the receptionist, they’ll charge £5/day. No water and no help for luggage.

Firstly, the service was very poor. The front desk was arrogant and could not communicate anything. Secondly, the room was very small, as is the usual London standard. They said they provided free luggage storage, but it was not managed. The only good thing was the good location.

I couldn't sleep because people were walking upstairs all night. The bed was moldy. Not a good experience. I won't stay here again.

Live on the top floor, no elevator, need to take the stairs

Very compact room in a small hotel. No lift, so have to carry luggage up 2 floors. Good location with food options around. Tube station at about 10min walk. Bus stop across hotel. Nice street with white cherry blossoms- March. Good for few nights stay with comfy bed and blankets.

Very great and reasonably priced option to stay in London over night. Clean, safe and cozy. Additional gratitude to the receptionist, who kindly helped with charger. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed there two adults and two pre-teen kids. The hotel has a nice location near two Tube-station. It's clean, but not modern. Rooms are not spacious, but acceptable. We did not have any issues with noise, but you can hear anything in the room next-door. And do note, that there's no breakfast option !

Fine for somewhere to put your head for the night, that's it. Walls are thin, windows are not well sound-proofed, rooms are small and depressing. Uneven floors on multiple levels made the place feel like a fire hazard. However, sheets and towels are clean and rooms have a TV and kettle. There is no breakfast available. If you need somewhere cheap to stay for one night, it's bearable.

The room was fairly worn. The personnel were quite nice, and it was in close proximity to a lot of the sites.

Simple and cheap accommodation if staying overnight around Victoria area. It’s basic and great for a solo stay or night out place to rest.

Thanks for fitting me in for last minute booking when train strikes announced. A small room and a bit noisy but appreciate that it was probably the last one available. All clean and facilities all worked.

Location good, bus (route 24) stops in front of the hotel. Pilmico undergroundstation nearby. Worth of money.
