Stayed here before. Hotel is in great location for West End, particularly the theatre District Soho, Chinatown and Covent Garden. This time we had breakfast with our stay. Wish we hadn’t. Too crowded, no cups glasses or cutlery. Had to wait with many others in the queue. People were literally buttering their toast in their hands and witnessed somebody taking a dirty cup from a table wiping it with a serviette and using it to get their coffee as they couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer. Kitchen couldn’t keep up with demand either so no bacon or eggs unless you were prepared to wait. A pity really as we definitely would recommend hotel to others as long as you avoid breakfast. Whilst the hotel warn you of the busy times for breakfast, the actual experience is beyond believable.

The room facilities are extremely low cost-effective compared to the price and are very, very small. The sound insulation is extremely poor, and the ventilation device is extremely noisy at night. You must wear earplugs to sleep (provided by the hotel). The price is purely based on location. No toothbrush or slippers provided

Got to the hotel at 11am. They gave us a room even though checkin isn’t until 2pm. Room was small but clean & tidy. The bar is nice & you have access to a cafe next door from the lobby which did amazing breakfasts. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Court Rd station 2nd right after the Dominion Theatre. It only took about 5-10 minutes to china town & the heart of Soho

It's so cramped. It's the size of a goshiwon. The bathroom is also a booth. My companion and I were given a room on the same line. I was 831 and my companion was 131. Usually, they give you a room on the same floor as your companion, but seeing that they gave us rooms on line 31 on different floors, I have a reasonable suspicion that they only give cramped rooms to Asians.

Not the cleanest hotel. Room had a bit of a stale smell. Towels were slightly yellowish.
Facade of the building is old. The only plus point is its excellent location which is easily accessible to the airport, and is relatively central to all tourist spots.

The room was very bad and completely different from the pictures posted by Ctrip. Ctrip deceived consumers. We didn’t dare to check out or check out. We communicated with the Ctrip platform N times.
