Good location in the city. Easy to arrive from Heathrow as the Elizabeth line stops right at Tottenham Court Road. Also easy to go to Gatwick - you can go to Victoria or Farringdon by tube and switch to the rails. However the building and rooms could be improved in quality. The elevator was very slow, and in the rooms the shower booth was small and the bathroom door did not close well.

Nice hotel manager and he became my friend. Very good location. In the central of London and accessible to many landmarks.

This room without Aircon only give the fan Old hotel and lift terrible

The room was basic but adequate. I don’t think there are renovations being done at the moment (June 2024) but we were on the top floor and in an old style room. I was generally clean but dirty marks on the pillows. The bathroom however, was really smelly and not pleasant to use. Top floor not for those with vertigo!! That said it was a great location and staff were lovely. I expect the renovated rooms will be lovely (and more pricey). Value for money in the room we had was good.

We had a lovely stay at St Giles, London. Well located hotel, near to Tottenham Court Road Station, bus stops, supermarkets, shops, eateries, theatres etc. From Heathrow Airport, we took the Elizabeth line to Tottenham Court Road Station and hotel was just a short walk away. The British museum was also nearby. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. As we arrived rather early, Nikki helped us to secure a room earlier than official check in time, so that we can put our luggages and rest. The concierge guys were great, giving advice on how best to get to our destination. The Chinese gentleman, sorry, I didn't get his name, even helped me with my Bolt app bookings! We booked 2 new twin rooms. Although they were small, they were sufficient for 2 pax in each room. All amenities that we needed were available and rooms were cleaned thoroughly when we returned from our sightseeing. There was no air conditioner in the rooms but weather was great, so we had no issues. The breakfast served was excellent, with a wide variety. Good choice for our short stay in London.

Location is everything for this hotel - it’s central to everywhere! Room is compact and small but functional and daily clean up was good. Lifts can be quite a wait during morning hours, so get a low floor if you don’t mind climbing the stairs, sometimes it is faster. Service is good and pleasant.

Overall very nice and tidy. Someone will tidy the room every day. And you can store your luggage, so you don’t have to carry your luggage to play. There is an underground and bus station nearby and it is very convenient to go to other places. Also, you can walk to Chinatown on foot for 11 minutes.

The location is good but it’s a very old and small room. The lobby is nice but the room is really too old!! The pillow is out of shape but still using it. The room that I stay is totally not like the modern room that shown in the picture, I believe some of the rooms are Renovated but some still very old rooms like the one I’m staying, not really recommended for the old rooms like this for this price.

Just stayed there for a night as I wanted to enjoy the night out with my friend, and the location was perfect. They had a 24-hour open cafe, and I say that's a plus point. The staff were welcoming, but we didn't have to interact much apart from checking in and out. The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is not in living condition. No AC in rooms. Elevator ia old and takes forever. Tno iron is provided, no bathroom supplies. he cleanliness was also not so great. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was in great location, but needed to pay £80 to upgrade room to have air con and a king size bed. First rooms shown had very small double beds and no air con.
