The hotel is 3 min walk from Paddington station, pretty accessible. Have booked a room for 5pax, room was pretty small, hardly any space to move around after we put our luggages into the room. Breakfast is not bad though not a spread. The service crew was friendly though. Price is considerably reasonable. Will recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, along a lovely street, close to 2 train stations, eateries and Hyde Park. It's a small property with rooms to match but hey it's clean and service is friendly.

We stayed at room 005 . It was Small and don’t know why it was smelly

The location was very convenient. Walkable from Paddington station even you carry a heavy baggage. Yet the building was quite old and not well maintained. When I was showering, the equipment suddenly fell and broken. Also, I couldn’t close the window properly as the frame was also broken.

Perfect for what we needed, easy location for Paddington Station and tube station. Clean spacious room for 2 adults 3 kids. Would stay again.

The room was on the top floor, and you had to carry your suitcase up the shaky stairs to the last floor... There were hairs on the towels, stains on the sheets, and the wash basin was about the size of an airplane toilet. I stayed there for one night, but the hotel refused to refund the second night's room fee. The manager's attitude was very bad, and it felt like you could stay or not. In addition, except for the top floor, there was no air conditioning on other floors.

The room is well-equipped, very neat and clean; the breakfast is particularly delicious😋 I recommend it to everyone, but if you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to stay in a room on a low floor because there is no elevator😊

The location is satisfactory. Hyde Park is nearby and the subway station is nearby. The room is small.

This is a small hotel that works hard. The hotel room was too small and the hot water was broken. However, the service staff repaired it promptly, but we still couldn't take a shower on the first night. In addition to being small, it can be seen that other places have made great efforts, including a very good breakfast.

The location is very good, the breakfast is also good, and the transportation is convenient. If you have enough leg strength, you can walk to many famous attractions, saving a lot of transportation costs. It is a hotel that can be recommended.

The triple room on the fourth floor is very small, the elevator weight limit is 150KG, and it only reaches the third floor. The room is 11 square meters, and the triple room is a very small standard room with a single bed. The bathroom environment is poor, the towels are dirty, the toilet is dirty, and the bath water flow is very small. The most frustrating thing is the inexplicable noise from the roof at night, resounding throughout the night. There are potato chips bags left by previous guests under the bed, I don't know how long they have been there.
