Notting Hill Gate Hotel Reviews

It was good overall experience, location was good and staff was courteous.

Usually no hotel staff will take copy of my credit card except Hotting Hill Gate, this morning I find a transaction not authorized by me in my card because my info was stolen! I am very upset and will never use this hotel again!

Excellent service at reception. Room reasonable. Stayed at top floor and comfortable bed.

There are spider webs on the bedside and roof of the hotel room, and there is a lot of dust on the lamp, but the location cannot be said to be great.

No safe in the rooms, badly soundproofed walls, NO breakfast!!!!! At least a hair dryer, fresh towels an a warm shower.

A fairly small room at a reasonable price in Notting Hill. What's not to like. The staff were friendly. The room was clean as was the bathroom. There was a small range of toiletries available. Tea /coffee facilities also available.

So many stairs to our room with no elevator or offer for help with our suitcases. Tiny room that desperately needs updating and touch ups. No microwave or fridge in room, but there was instant coffee and tea which was nice. Super loud even from the 5th floor, the noises from the street woke us up. They have all the bare minimum requirements for a decent stay, so if you are going based off of price, it is fine and decent location in Notting Hill. But I wish I had just gone a bit higher in price to have a more comfortable experience.

Stayed in London for a couple of night's, hotel was in good location and price for what we needed, room was clean and comfortable and looked after our luggage once we vacated our room

Great hotel! Booked a last minute stay at Nottinghill Gate hotel and overall i was very happy with my stay. I was welcomed and looked after by Walid who was very accomodating and gave me all the info i needed during my stay. Super friendly :) The room itself was more than suitable and had all the necessities i needed. If i had one bit of feedback it would be the shower door made a loud noise as you opened/closed it which made me conscious of people in other rooms. Other than than i was very happy and would stay here again.

We stayed in a triple room which was quite crammed but we were only there for 1 night so that was fine, we also had an access to the balcony which was great. Bathroom was quite crammed as well especially the toilet almost against the wall but clean and functional. Room was warm and comfortable and staff were polite and friendly. Area was lovely, lively but nice and quiet over night and very convenient location. For the price I would happily stay there again.

I will put a very good review because We are very happy with the room It is a clean and basic room, ideal for sleep If i back to London i havent any problem for reserve in this hotel Thanks

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Clean facilities, helpful staff, great location, great value for the money.

Good family hotel but few things can be improved,like putting a shower gel and hand wash dispensers rather than giving pack of shower gels and hand soaps.

Went to watch the football and used this hotel as a base. Ideal for Notting Hill gate tube. Stunning buildings nearby and Kensington Palace well worth a stop. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was small but we had no issues. Beds were comfy and had a great sleep. Even kept hold of our bags for us while.we explored on day 2. Give it a try and worth a go as a solid reliable London base. Just tucked off main road but noise not an issue either. Fab!
