Very comfortable upscale place. Generous sized room with wonderfully comfy bed and exceptionally friendly service. Excellent breakfast. For such a convenient central location, pretty good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Room was okay, on the small side but it was in London. Walking around the room barefoot I had to peel used contact lenses from my feet, I don’t wear them. The shower in the room was a lottery from temperature to being able to turn on / off.

We loved staying at Malmaison. The staff is so gracious and welcoming. Jason was such a great host at the bar and gave excellent recommendations. Thank you all for a wonderful time!

Highly recommend the iconic expresso martini’s in the bar. Jason made them with perfection and was super kind and friendly. As was Adrian on reception. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and looks great. Location is perfect, close to the station and Barbican area.

Booked a standard room, did not rsalise had no view from window. Would recommend getting bigger room. Staff friendly, particular Jason from the bar, he makes a good Long Island Iced tea. Great location for transport.
