Decent cheap Victoria hotel. Clean sheets, bed, room etc. At the right price, great place to stay.

The environment of the hotel is extremely poor and does not match the photos at all. Even if it is a so-called triple room, it is not an extra bed, and the space is no different from that of a double room. The front desk clerks of the hotel have obviously different attitudes towards Asians and foreigners, deliberately asking guests to wait.

The hotel staff are very helpful, my luggage is very heavy, they are very friendly to help me carry it. The walls of the hotel are a bit old, and some rooms are very close to the door, which is a bit insecure, but the hotel breakfast is ok, and the location is relatively close to the subway station

Hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful on arrival ,she explained breakfast times ect and wished us a nice stay...we were in the first bedroom up a few stairs - room was small but adequate for a 1 night stay ,room could have been a bit cleaner as some of the scatter cushions had stains and for some reason there was a smell of cabbage in the room ? Tea ,coffee, kettle ,hairdryer available in the room as well as air conditioning.....location was great and the room was pretty sound proof ..bed was comfy

Was fine for the money! Clean and tidy, and largely comfortable. Great location too, for Victoria and SW London. Only negative I could think of is no lift so bit of a trek if you're on top floor, up several flights of stairs. Needed a couple of rest breaks when lugging my suitcase up!

Things went wrong when we very first arrived & the gentleman on reception said first floor room 101 which was also on our key card (101). We went up a flight of stairs & directly in front of us was room 101, tried to get in. Some man in his pants answered. It was not our room! The guy from reception comes & said no go up the next flight of stairs & it’s that room 101. Right ok so there is more than one room 101, why? In that case you might want to make that abundantly clear. Once in our actual room it was ok, clean & bed’s were comfy but half the plug sockets didn’t work in the room, No hooks not even on the back of the doors which would have helped for hanging towels & our belongings especially in a small room with 4 people in it. Then we returned on the second day after being out all day & the smell of drains coming from the bathroom was awful! We had to spray everything we had & keep the bathroom door closed completely. It was fine on day one but day 2 this was terrible. The shower itself was actually a good hot shower & again it was all at least clean.

There is no lift which made it difficult. The double room is a box room with no room to move about easily. The toilet is very difficult to sit on as so close to wall. Although the staff were friendly and room clean. No safety on windows with small children.

Reception staff were uninterested. No change for the vending machine in their lobby. Couches in lobby were filthy. See pic. Room on lower ground floor was only 6/10 clean. Small, with tiny beds. I am 172cm tall and my feet went over the end. A double bed only, not queen. Bed for third person was single fold away bed only. Booking was for 3 adults triple share. Terrible. View out the window of a huge aircon motor. See pic. See pic of stairs down to lower ground. So steep and no lift. Great location but I would never stay here again.

An interesting hotel, my room was clean, newly painted, The shower was excellent! Staff very polite. I was late booking in and had a room right at the top of the building, no lift! It was expensive for what it was but this is more of a supply problem, As rooms are booked prices rise and london is very popular at the moment.

Avoid at all costs! I stayed here in July for a weekend away to celebrate finishing my second year of Nursing school to be met with a weekend of stress and discomfort. Firstly the room had zero sound proofing meaning we were awake until the early morning with noisy neighbours and then woken up early from the cleaners and breakfast staff shouting to each other. The breakfast was very minimal, essentially toast or the choice of 3 cereals. The major issue was the massive amount of bed bugs, upon the morning of our second night I woke up itching and noticed a few bites, upon consulting a pharmacist it was confirmed to be bed bugs, the hotel were incredibly unhelpful, stating they’d check the room and reported to us they couldn’t see anything (naturally as bed bugs can’t be seen by the naked eye), at no point did they offer us a new room or apologise and simply tried to pass it off, despite us both being in the medical field and educated on this matter. We cancelled our last nights stay which they refunded us for and then upon leaving, I continued to develop over 100 bed bug bites which later got infected requiring me to be placed on antibiotics and high strength anti histamines, leaving me really unwell and with multiple scars to this day. Upon reporting this the hotel we were offered a full refund of our stay, but no compensation despite the fact we had to cancel a theatre show and book another train home, leaving us out of pocket, stressed and physically unwell from a stay that was meant to be a gift to relax from a hard year of studying to become a nurse. All in all I would say absolutely avoid this hotel, you’re much safer at a premier inn or travel lodge in the similar price range.
