The hotel was amazing! Spacious, modern, clean and bright! Located just a minute away from ALL the touristy things- London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace and the Thames River. Would highly recommend and would suggest book directly with hotel.

Booked a one bedroom suite with Big Ben view for 5 nights, I expected a stunning view but came out to be a street view because I was arranged the lowest floor. My room was next to the executive lounge, I was being awaken up at 8am every morning because of the noise. Room was dusty, and I found hair on the telephone when I enter the room. The bottles of body wash, shampoo and hand wash were empty since I checked in. Complained to guest services and front desk for several times but they were still not refilled! They only delivered me few small bottles (30ml) for temporary use, but they were used up in one to two days since we have three people staying in the hotel. I have to ask body wash, shampoo and hand wash almost everyday! Requested makeup room, but the bed was not arranged neatly. Not only single incident, same situations happened after reporting and showing pictures to front office staffs! Ridiculous! Claimed "delivering comfort, impeccable service", but the service was sucks! Very Bad Experience! Will NEVER return!

Good value for the money. Close to Waterloo station and underground just 5 minutes walking. London eye and Westminster area in 3 minutes.. Typical English breakfast….nice service

Of course.so is the price can also look up and see the Ben Ferris wheel right next to me

We booked a suit for the a 1 night stay at the price of £284. We had a 3pm checkin but our room was not ready until after 4pm, despite being at the hotel from 12:30. The room was not great! It had ripped carpet, crumbs on the floor, desk chair broken. No toiletries, no water in the room. The pressure on the shower was also low. We went to the bar at 4:30 for a drink. It was not busy and was advised its table service only. We waited 15 or so minutes but no service, staff were seen to be huddled to the left of the bar chatting, despite multiple attempts To get one’s attention but failed, so we left along with 2 other tables. We used the pool, this was cold, but is very relaxing, steam room and sauna had plenty of room. There was a bad smell of sewage in the spa. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and the quality was Adequate. Luka at the concierge desk was very attentive and observant. This is our third stay at this hotel and 9th stay at the chain. The quality of this hotel does not meet other hotels in the chain.

Beautiful hotel. Room.not as clean as I was expecting but staff very friendly. Asked for upgrade but didn't work out but was sorted asap next morning. Excellent location. Would stay again.

Hotel was in an ideal location for us, lovely views of Westminster.. All areas were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and spacious, shower and bath. Downsides It was very noisy at night, you could hear the roads outside. The bed was a little hard for us. Conclusion. We would definitely stay here again, as its near to Waterloo Station and all amenities.

Location is very good, and staffs in gate are so kind. However I felt desk' staff was not kind.

From the moment we arrived until we left the hotel, it was another memorable stay at the Park Plaza Westminster. The friendly welcome, the decor, the spacious room, the views, everything was just wonderful. A great location to base yourself with a short walk to the tube station for connections all over London. The Mandara Spa, lovely pool to relax and unwind. We will of course be back as soon as possible. Thank you again for looking after us!

We enjoyed our stay at Westminister, close to lots of attractions, walkable. Staff and security were good. Compliments to Steffy who helped us with our check in, very helpful.

Quite convenient, about 5-7 mins walk to the metro! Very near to big ben and london eye. Thank you for letting us check into a room at 8am in the morning upon arrival

Don't stay. The hotel and rooms smell very bad, there is not even water in the room. breakfast is very bad. It's better to stay in a hostel

It was great and enjoyed staying at this hotel, will consider staying again next time!
