I recently stayed at the Claremont Hotel in Victoria, London, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was struck by the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout my stay. My room was a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the Claremont Hotel is ideal for exploring London, being so close to Victoria Station and several major attractions. This hotel is not just a place to stay but a complete experience, epitomizing London's charm and sophistication. It's undoubtedly my top choice for a luxurious and memorable stay in the heart of this vibrant city.

What let's this hotel down slightly is the attitude of the reception staff. The other staff are always very good but reception staff appear rather unwelcoming and quite miserable. When we checked in with prepaid vouchers the reception staff were rude and confused. Checking in took at least 15 minutes. On checking out their attitude is aloof and unfriendly. On the whole our stay was enjoyable and very convenient for Victoria Station. We would stay again.

The hotel location is good but very very poor service, lazy staff, we are having 5 luggages n no body help us to bring inside the hotel for check in, the staff Karen is somehow very poor service, we were told to wait for email once the room is ready but nobody contacted us

10 persons employed in lobby to look at you and create problem instead helping you

The room of which my family members and I lived is nice and the place is convenient to go anywhere, and there also have supermarkets just nearby. The staff is nice and friendly. And my kids have had a deep impression with the breakfast. Thanks for the best !

The location is very convenient, staff is friendly, there are free mini bar in room. Room is a bit small though.

Great location for Victoria, clean and charming throughout

The Clermont London is conveniently located in Victoria Railway Station. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The twin room was quite spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for travelers staying in London.

Gorgeous hotel,polite staff & very clean. Really dissappointed most of bar area shut off though & sad that bar had shut so early before 11pm when we had made our way back there. Chose this hotel as bar looked wonderful but had no idea it was shut early or section closed. Wasn't informed of this when booking.

Hotel was fabulous . Great location for what we wanted to do. Staff were helpful but unfortunately the room had some noise which made it difficult to sleep

Really good trip, we were well looked after with excellent service. My husband was unwell and couldn’t make it to breakfast, they gave me a box to fill up and take to the room. They also checked us in early since he needed to lye down.
