The toilet drains was quite clogged. The wooden floor makes squeaking noises when people on top of you walks in their room, quite disturbing when that starts around 6am each morning.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel. The location is good, can walk to Hyde Park and have jogging there in the morning. Central line Lancester station and Paddington train station are within walking distance. The hotel is small, but very nice. I enjoy the breakfast at the hotel.

Great location property with London's charm, however terrible services with a very unpleasant strong odour room smell as the room was located on the basement/ground floor which was adjacent to hotel's kitchen. Would definitely not return to this property and would not recommend it anyone.

The room was clean and tidy, the waiter was warm and polite, and prepared welcome fruit for us. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station, and Hyde Park was also very close.
