Hotel in an excellent location, easily reachable on foot from the Gloucester road tube station, with supermarkets, ATMs, pubs and restaurants nearby...my room was small and the services were very basic, recommended especially for those who want to visit most of London of the day and return to the hotel only for the night. In my room there was no hairdryer and no water boiler. Friendly and helpful reception staff

The room was small and dirty. Our bathroom was full of mold and there was no cleaning (also no bin emptied) all week. The room door could not be locked from the inside and despite the fact that the staff was very friendly, nothing happened after a report. Fortunately, there was a supermarket opposite the hotel where we could buy breakfast. Metro and bus stop are also nearby. But otherwise not recommended.

The hotel is good as a location because it has a nearby subway and a supermarket next to it, otherwise, it is terrible in terms of cleanliness, not very comfortable and next to a street with a lot of traffic=noise. The elevator only goes up to the 4th floor and we were given a mini room on the 5th floor, you had to carry your bags up the stairs. Awful.

Super schlechtes Hotel und nicht empfehlenswert. Wir sind zu zweit angereist und hatten ein DZ gebucht aber ein EZ bekommen. Wir mussten zu zweit in einem 1,20m schlafen!!! Wollten das Zimmer tauschen, weil wir ein DZ gebucht hatten aber es gab angeblich kein freies mehr. Dann haben wir nach einer 2. Decke gefragt und eine dreckige, versüffte Decke bekommen ohne Bezug! Wir mussten die dann selber beziehen, weil der Rezeptionist alleine war. Das eine Fenster war nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass immer ein Spalt offen war und es dadurch arschkalt und laut! Es gab nicht genug Handtücher für 2 Leute. Das Laken war dreckig mit Haaren und Flecken.
