Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff Bed was comfortable. Complementary laundry. You need to bring your own or buy detergent. Bathroom is tiny. Has a garden outside. Doors to balcony did not open. Very close to pubs, restaurants, and public transit. Would book again.

The hotel is av little bit far from the city but can be reach by train. The room is too small and no aircon so it is stuffy and hot , they dont clean the room only after check outand no lift to carry big suitcase

Quickly became my favourite location to stay. Everything you need id within these very comfy rooms. Whether it is a patio or full double apartment. I cannot fault the place. The staff and management are lovelyand very efficient. Gower Street also...

For a 184 cm tall person, the bathroom was a bit small.

The accommodation is very good value for money. If you’re looking for more of a self-catering setup rather than a hotel, then it’s a great choice. There are limited cooking facilities like a hob, oven and microwave plus a fridge etc.

The hotel is located opposite the British Library and close to King's Cross subway station. It is very convenient to go to major attractions. The room is small but has everything, and you can cook. Just remember to bring slippers and adapters. This is more like a small apartment. Room service is only available after staying for seven days. To change towels, you have to take them to the front desk to get one for each. There are many restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the corner before watching the handover ceremony. It opened at six o'clock. If you walk further, you can have Irish breakfast, which is similar to English breakfast.

Near Russell Square, King's Cross and the British Museum are all within walking distance, a good location for tourists. We got a semi-underground mini apartment with an open-air space like a patio, which was ok.

Very good although it needs some cleaning...

The location is close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. There is also a direct link to the airport. There are delicious Chinese restaurants around the hotel. I will come again next time.
