I picked this hotel because of very reasonable price and convenient location. I hade a Eurostar train early in the morning and this hotel is just 10 minutes from Kings Kross and St Pancras train station The biggest issue for me that they gave me the room in the ground floor and of course no one helped with my heavy suitcase to bring in down and up with very narrow stairs The room was not I’ve book in here, it was triple, that was strange for only one person, but I needed it just to sleep so I didn’t ask for any changes

I saw a lot of comments about the rooms, how small they were and the location of them (in another building), but in my case I got the perfect sized room, very private. Hot water, A/C, lots of tea bags to prepare, perfect location, beautiful street, nice breakfast, great service from front desk. Can't complain. Well, I could say that the wi-fi is really bad. Super close to St. Pancras and Russell Square Underground station.

Very clean, friendly staff. Shower in the single room was extremely tight so would suit smaller people

The room is small but clean and tidy. Breakfast is basic but fair enough. Wifi not working all the time. My room located at LG level and the stepping sound of upper floor very clear. No lift at hotel totally no good for heavy luggages. The shower head fixed too high and can’t be adjusted and the water not hot enough.

The room is very small,and a little weird two buildings to cross by for breakfast.

Room condition is clean and spacious for 3. Breakfast simple and nice.

The hotel is in the city center, close to the train station and the British Museum, a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is also available. Very safe and quiet. Good front desk service

The room is only 8 square meters. On the third floor, there is no elevator, the stairs are very narrow, and the facilities are very poor. It can't compare to domestic family hotels! ! The price is two or three times that of a five-star hotel in China. Such a room, I also want to own a hotel

The breakfast was good, the ambience was nice and it gave a feeling of safety. The house is fairly new, and there is no cheating. It's fine except that there is no elevator.

The room is unexpectedly large, and it is very easy to live with older children. In contrast, the bathroom is very tight. If you have requirements for bathing, choose carefully.

Really rubbish, the basement for so much money has no windows.
