Convenient location. Friendly staff. Small bathroom and the toilet is not functioning properly.

The way this studio apartment was advertised made me believe it was not part of a building with other people in with a reception desk. I thought it was a studio. HDMI Where I could come and go as I please. With a guest if I'm required.

Too expensive comparing with other hotels around the area.

The dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t check in until 11 o’clock in the evening. I found several hairs on the bed, and the whole bedding was stinky. Even if no one changes the sheets before you check in, things like this can happen in 2023 ! Very far from the subway station

The tea bag and tableware are covered with hair. I asked the front desk and said that the room is not cleaned, but it will be cleaned before moving in. After moving in, I will only be responsible for changing towels and garbage bags, but no one has come to change it for two days. Garbage bags. If possible, stay in a regular hotel. The sanitation of this small workshop is unreliable. The toilet washbasin and the water from the rain can't go down. It's disgusting. The hotel's network is useless at all.

The ratings on this hotel are a lie. Firstly, this is definitely not a 4 star facility. More like 1 star at the very most, 2 star. The ratings mislead me to book this place. It’s either the previous occupants have a very low impression of what a standard hotel should look and feel like or they are just liars. I really don’t know how to begin. The first room I got was on the ground floor. It smelt musty and moldy. It had no ventilation. I had to ask for a room change. After a little hesitation, I was moved to a room on the first floor. The heating worked well but the room was dusty, the bathroom was moldy and overall I could not use the toilet facilities because I was uncomfortable with cleanliness. I found a massive bug in the middle of the night just roaming the bathroom. Thankfully, I was only there for one night. I won’t be staying here ever again.

Good for the money spent and in a central location. Tired property, firm bed and awful pillows

The property was nice and so was the room, but it was not what we'd call luxury as described on the website. It was clean and th bed comfortable, but the pillows are poor. They are so flat that two even three is not enough for a truly comfortable night. Having said that we managed to sleep ok. For some reason the floor was very noisy, there was a cracking sound which sounded like something being dropped on the floor, whenever you moved. The shower was lovely and the towels nice and big. It was a pleasant stay and very close to Olympia where we'd been during the day. We'd probably stay again, but hopefully the pillows would be better.
