Super clean room and super comfy big bed.
Staff is competent and considerate. For example she informed me of the room that I was going to get , saving me a trip up and down to ask for room change.
Slightly off the touristic treks but itβs served well by buses and underground.; but the prices are more than compensated for it. Itβs hidden gem!

They have the best breakfast which includes English breakfast and fresh orange juice. The service is very good and the staff are professional and helpful. Room requires some deep cleaning and maintenance.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and VA Museum, and is very suitable for traveling. The surroundings are very quiet. Besides, the hotel service is very good, helping with luggage and cleaning. It is a very good experience and highly recommended.

Excellent location for proximity to Royal Albert Hall. Staff very accommodating and we were able to choose a very quiet room which although had views over the back, was peaceful and very clean. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty of choice. Would definitely use again.

The cups hv stain, and all towels hv stain even the exchanged ones also got yellow stain.
Service is great. They accommodate late check out for us.
Location is great if u want closer to hype park. But not much food options around. The tube is a bit far by walking too but acceptable
