A new hostel which has comfy bunks and good showers etc. There is no lounge but a microwave and fridge is available.

Good average experience in the hostel. The personnel were very kind during my stay. They also store your luggage on the arrival and departure days. bathrooms should be cleaned more often. It's a bit far from the center of London, but well connected.

Good environment with great staff. It’s located near New Cross Station which you need to take bus to central London.

I was so surprised that theres no curtain as advertised and the room smells so bad maybe because of damp towels. It was better in the morning after opening the window

The bathroom and toilet was smelly. The window in room broken and wind come in and there is no heater in room.

Terrible cleanliness. I stayed two days and have to see a dermatologist because of the skin rush from bed bugs. If you have sensitive skins, don't go.

Of course, I understand that for a 2 star hotel I shouldn’t have expected more. But broken walls and bedbugs are terrible. The reception worked great, but there is no kitchen and the photos on the page are not the same. Think 7 times before you come and check in
