Very clean and functional hotel. Perfect for our needs. Downside are lots of steps, no bar/restaurant. Rooms were minimal but just what we needed.

Perfect, I stayed here alone for 2 days and it’s a really nice place, no elevator but if your luggage isn’t too heavy it should be fine :)
The room was clean but there were still some stain like toothpaste on the bathroom door and other stains but it’s not really disturbing…
The free breakfast is nice and changes everyday.
I highly recommend this place, the lady at the reception was also really lovely :)

A small three-story hotel with no elevator and poor sound insulation. The service desk is on the first floor. They answered all my questions and provided good service. Seeing that I had a large suitcase, they took the initiative to help me move it to the third floor. Of course, I also gave enough tips. The hygiene was acceptable. The room was relatively clean and well-equipped. Overall, it was OK.

very good! The reception staff has a great attitude and does a great job! The hotel environment is clean, and it's really convenient to have boots and KFC nearby! It’s not far from the underground either!

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and friendly, specifically Aranit who checked us in, and the rooms were great! We will definitely be returning when staying in London!! Definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a nice hotel in near London City!

Great little hotel in Hammersmith Aranit was very helpful, and friendly. We arrived very tired and thirsty and Aranit offered us refreshments and an upgraded room. Such a great area of London. The rooms were comfortable with a high pressure shower. Our air conditioner wasn’t working but I’m sure they would be fixing it after we left.

A very warm welcome by Aranit who made sure that I was very happy with my accommodation. He is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast is delivered to the room. Room was spotless. Ideally placed and in the centre of all amenities and bus and underground services to Central London.

Very good but could be better. The greeting was warm and friendly, after a VERY long trip, this was most welcome. I got a free room upgrade to a jr suite. The gentleman was lovely and couldn't do enough for me. The room. Well, if this is a suite, I'd guess my original room was Harry Potters cupboard under the stairs. There are no windows, a double bed and a single bed. Very clean and comfortable but I'm being kind to say it's "Cozy". There also is no fridge in the room, no usb sockets (even the busses have these .) so I had to plug cable into usb port in TV to charge phone. The air con is fab and the shower was wonderful. Free breakfast, a box delivered with some really nice continental bits. Croissant, yoghurt, Banana etc. very nice. I'm 1 day into a 2 day stay and overall very happy. Just wish the room had a fridge as I'm diabetic and have insulin and need plenty of fluids. To be fair though there are MANY shops literally opposite the hotel entrance so I'm just grumbling.
