Lovely little B&B. Staff were great and room tidy and quiet. Great location with lots restaurants nearby and near Victoria Station.

My wife and I arrived in the early afternoon after an all night flight and were able to register and get i to our room for a quick rest and still be out to walk to Buckingham Palace and surroundings. Every day we would have a great breakfast served up by very nice polite staff. Victoria Station was just arou d the corner. Room was small but efficient with comfortable twin beds and overall clean. The hotel is older and a bit worn but excellent value.

This was a fantastic base for us in our two night trip in London with our two teenagers. I chose it because it was close to the Victoria bus station and we were getting in late. It was super convenient. They close reception at 11:00, but were kind enough to wait up for us until 11:30. It was a two bedroom which I was pleasantly surprised with (in the basement). It seemed like it had recently been renovated because there were no towel racks or hooks. The only mirror was a tiny want ***** in our bedroom, and there were no decorations on the walls. Both rooms had desks and the beds were comfortable queen sized, I believe. We went in March and the rooms were temperate. There was one standing fan we used once. The cooked-to-order egg breakfast was amazing, and there was also cereal, fruit, and croissants. Everyone was friendly. It was our only stop where hot cocoa was available and they also had yummy packaged butter cookies at the door and a water dispenser. We loved the location and would stay again.
