Great location on the edge of Leicester Square. Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have a full restaurant but it does not need it due to its location between Leicester Square and Chinatown.

The staffs has been very helpful, and the location is simply impeccable. I enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom smell bad. The glass door cant open widely and space was very limited. Didn't expect the size of bathroom when check on the room photos.

Totally bad experience. 1) Nowadays, hotel reservation websites still deceive people about gym rooms, but they actually don’t. 2) There is no way to contact the front desk at all. If you give them instructions in the room and type 0, you will never be able to contact the front desk. You must go downstairs to find them. After we left, I sent something to him and tried to find him, but the phone could never be connected. I left a voice message with no reply. They had WhatsApp, but no one responded. I sent an email to them, but there was no response. I left an email contact online, but there was no reply. You can't contact them unless you come to them in person. 3) No one cleaned the room on the first day. On the second day, I had to pick them up to clean the room, but there was no refill water. I had to go downstairs to get it myself because they could never be contacted by the phone in the room. 4) One of the older female staff members has a very bad attitude. In addition, they have a rule that only two pieces of luggage can be stored in each room, and each additional piece will be charged 10 pounds. On the day we checked out, we left around 10 o'clock early. When we checked out on the first floor, we had a few things to eat and we told us that we would be back in 15 minutes before we left. We had 3 pieces of luggage, but the older lady insisted on charging us for extra luggage and would rather we move our things back to the room and come back later to check out. Not helpful at all, and had a very bad attitude at the time.  The price they charge is worse than a one-star hotel.

The location is amazing, just upstairs in Chinatown.

It was very noisy and the room was very small. I personally think that the room price of 2,000 per night is not worth it. Moreover, there is a pedestrian street and the bus cannot enter. You need to get off the car in advance and drag your suitcase to find the hotel. You have to walk a long distance and it is difficult to find the entrance of the hotel. Basically no sign

 The hotel's email response system is very poor.  We sent many emails asking if we could check in earlier than the check-in time.  The hotel did not reply even once.  And cleaning. The room is not up to standard.  Some days there is no water provided.  Some days there is no bath towel, no towel provided.  And some days the carpet on the floor is not vacuumed.  The location is very good, going anywhere is close.

The hotel is beautiful, the decoration is very beautiful at the door. The service of the hotel staff is very good, they are very friendly. My room was also huge and I really liked the style of the room, the toiletries were very friendly. And it is very close to Chinatown, I like Chinatown very much. All in all a very lovely travel experience.

Except for the location, I really don't recommend it. The sound insulation of the room is poor, and the waiter always refuses to take the initiative to change the towels for the next day, etc...
