Hotel was great. From the moment you walk in it is clean comfortable and has a beautiful smell throughout. The rooms are spacious and the black out blinds cut out every bit of light for a perfect sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful especially so at the restaurant / bar. They have great deals (5 x peroni for £20) and the food for dinner is very nice. Breakfast was also varied and tasty. The gym is small but has everything for a good workout. Best thing about the hotel in my opinion was the spa / pool. Very relaxing to be able to lounge by the pool after using the sauna (which was a great temperature) and you are provided a robe and slippers to make it even more comfortable. The white company shower gels / shampoo and moisturiser are all very nice. Only negative is I think they have been watered down a bit. Overall great!

First of all location is really good and good value for that location, hotel is nice and clean staff was very friendly especially bar staff and breakfast.

Had the most amazing stay. The staff were super kind and thoughtful. The hotel smelt incredible and had a really nice atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting the birthday treats. They were very much appreciated. The orangery was beautiful and we loved how the place was decorated. Great view from the room and great facilities.

Parking not great, checking in time to late and checking out is to early, pictures on line are better then actually hotel. Overpriced pool was over crowded not enough loungers

What a lovely hotel worth every penny. All the staff were lovely and accommodating.  We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on food. We just used the Wetherspoons over the road, we’re not massive foodies so don’t care what we eat, but the restaurant did smell delicious. We used the bar when we came in at about 10pm it was nice and quiet. Prices what you expect from a nice hotel. The pool, sauna and steam room are well maintained and provide some lovely downtime from a day round London. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are very very friendly, location excellent next to tower bridge. Breakfast staff very attentive, Mohammed Ali was very helpful and helped with our breakfast buffet(Thankyou Ali)only negative is room can be brighter light are too dim. in the night the should be option if u want it dim or bright light, so you can see yourself properly how you look when getting ready for night out. Or in general But overall excellent

Room didn’t have a functional fridge but called reception and they delivered a small one for putting medication in. Staff very helpfully and supportive.

We had an amazing stay at the Leonardo royal hotel. Staff went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. They wrote happy birthday on the mirror and gave him a card a chocolates. We were upgraded to an executive room and I can not fault it. It was beautiful and clean and very comfy. The view from the room looked over the shard and the hotel itself self is within walking distance from a lot of attractions. We had the best stay and would definitely return.

First and foremost after I had made the booking for this hotel, I ended up finding a much better price on another website, which was extremely cheaper for the same room I wanted. Secondly, the reviews I found about this hotel were really good, however, the experience we had did not reflect this. As we walked into the room they gave us , it was really messy, with the bed sheets all over the place, slippers and bath robes left untidy on the chairs and floor and rubbish left on the floor. It was funny, because a welcome not was actually left for us saying, “It was a pleasure to clean your room” which was clearly not the case. So they moved us to another room, with a less appealing view than our previous room. The best they could do to apologise for this was give us two free mocktails as we don’t drink, and considering there’s only two mocktails on the menu, we though this was pathetic considering the good things I’ve seen about the hotel. The main reason why we booked this hotel was because of the free access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. We were yet again very disappointed. The jacuzzi was just not hot enough, it was lukewarm. The steam room wasn’t really a steam room and I was told there seemed to be issues with it anyway. The only good things in there were the swimming pool and the sauna which was actually quite lovely. However, overall, it wasn’t what we expected considering the good reviews we had seen online, it was very busy and loud. So it wasn’t relaxing at all. One of the lifts were out of service, which was a huge inconvenience, as it left everyone suffering extremely long waiting times to get up and down the only other lift which was available. We ended up having dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and yet again this was a huge disappointment. It was a small menu and considering it was Valentine’s Day one would think they would have everything that they’re offering on the menu. However, this was not the case. We both ordered steaks, and they turned round and told us they had no steaks in the kitchen. Like seriously how can you have no steak in the kitchen?!! We were about to leave and find somewhere else to eat but we settled with an alternative. The sleep we had was very uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. I would have much preferred to have slept at a Premier Inn. The breakfast wasn’t too bad. Had a bit of everything, from English breakfast to cereals and pastries. Overall, very disappointed with the hotel , food and experience we had. Definitely won’t be going there again.

Great hotel with friendly staff, nice room, good English breakfast. The location is also great, the subway is at walking distance.

So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. The hotel was lovely but the lifts were out of order in many areas which is really bad considering the hotel is not accessible.

Very pleasant staff, concierge let us keep our stuff with them after check out so we could explore London easier, good price considering it has swimming pool gym spa all chucked in and the breakfast was absolutely incredible with so many options on the buffet. Only minuscule criticism was the lifts to the swimming pool were on the reception side, so had to walk all the way to the opposite side of the hotel and was a bit confusing to get to generally
