Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast although rather expensive at £13.95 a head. Rooms smaller than expected and better suited to single travellers rather than couples. Did not like the shower/toilet glass partition - lack of privacy. Would stay again as a single traveller but not as a couple.

Z Hotel Victoria was amazing!! The location is really so convenient. And the staff are really the best. We had nowhere to go during Christmas and were afraid that our train will be cancelled. They actually held on the room for us and they were so incredibly warm & sweet!! Especially the girl that looks like Barbie. (Margot Robbie)
Will definitely book this hotel again if I’m back in London! :)

Location is great!! 3 mins walk to Victoria tube station. Room size is very small and can’t find a place to open my hand-carry luggage. Staffs are very helpful. Overall is fine for a short weekend stay.

Stayed at the Z Hotel Victoria London. Excellent hotel, excellent service, the staff are all very good. Quality of food is excellent. The hotel is also very strategic a- a few mins from Victoria Coach Station, Victoria Train station and 12 mins from Buckingham Palace . Overally i would give them 5 star rating.

Great location, however, the small room really does mean small. The bed is up against the wall and the exact with of the room. I am less then 6ft but it might be a challenge for those taller than me, plus one of you has to clamber over the other to get out of bed. For one night with small luggage it was OK and really convenient for a weekend theatre trip. Make sure you find time for the wine and cheese in the evening.

The best location coming from Stansed with National Express Coach. Victoria train station is just across the street and the departure at Victoria coach station is few minutes far. Although rooms are very small (let me say it, bed is confortable but the second party in a couple has hard time to go down) it is ideal for a few days stay. Breakfast is good and the outside Pub is great. Staff is kind and helpful. Definetly I will stay in this hotel when I will come back.
