The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it a convenient choice for travelers. I particularly appreciated the kitchenette in the room, which allowed us to prepare meals comfortably. The appliances, including a kettle, toaster, and stove, are all from Smeg, adding a touch of elegance and quality to the experience. Additionally, the hotel provides unlimited milk and drinking mineral water, which is a thoughtful and convenient amenity. We sourced most of our food from Marks & Spencer.

There is no security lock inside the door that make me feel not comfortable to sleep. Although there is no cleaning service daily, best to refresh towels and clear the rubbish bins without ask.
Overall is good on service and tidy inside the rooms.

Superb location. Walking distance to Paddington station. My family cooked inside the room and enjoy our stay there. Definitely recommend to stay at this one.

A new hotel with modern design which is equipped with IT control panels for lighting and curtains. Love the studio apartment which is really a good bargain in central London in terms of space. The location is very close to Paddington station and the car park which costs £25 a day is reasonable. The only down side is that parking into the car park requires a hotel staff to come out to the exterior to assist the opening of the shutters and it is not possible for customers to go straight to the basement of the car park from the hotel room. But overall, I’ll give a 8/10.

The hotel appeared clean, and I experienced a hassle-free check-in. However, there were issues during my stay. I received an inappropriate hint from the room service staff suggesting it was time to leave, even though it wasn't checkout time yet. Additionally, upon reaching the reception to check out, I encountered a staff member who showed little regard for my time. This experience might lead me to consider not returning.

New modern hotel with great staff at reception and clean, comfortable and well-appointed studios and one-bedrooms. Wish we could stay longer. Paddington however was not as conveniently located as Covent Garden, though if you were driving or hailing a cab/uber it would be a better place for that.

Very near to Edgware tube station, HSBC, M&S, Starbucks. The location is strategic. The apartment is excellent- clean beddings, utensils, cutleries, etc. Safety is good. Highly recommended!

Stayed at room 1107, toilet is for disabilities and lighting is very dimmed. Not like a hotel's toilet and not natch with the picture shown in the App.

Within the walking distance of Paddington national rail and subway station. The hotel includes the apartment is quite new and comfortable. Rooms are in reasonable dimensions. There is no free room cleaning service for stay less than 7 days. There is no telephone inside the rooms but you could scan the QR code inside the room and text the staff. Response is fast.

Very compact but packed with all the facilities you need!
Small yet very comfortable. Loved the free refills of chocolates and coffee :).
Thomas was very helpful in getting me a ventilator and making our stay as comfortable as possible.
10/10 will come back again!
