The room was spacious enough to open 2 large suitcases. Staff was really nice and helpful to our requests. Overall good experience.

This hotel is pretty good for the price. The room size was just right, and the staff were very friendly. We arrived around 11 AM, and they allowed us to check in early, which was great. The breakfast had a lot of choices and is worth trying.
The only two downsides are: if you walk from Whitechapel, that area feels a bit messy and smells quite strong. Also, the kitchen is really small, but it seems like most Aparthotels in Europe are like that.

The facilities are quite new, and the service is pretty good, especially the front desk staff who were very helpful. However, the surrounding area is a concentrated community of East Indians, so the neighborhood environment is quite poor and safety is just average.

The room was larger than I expected and offered a city view. The best part was that it had cooking facilities, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and an oven, which was truly amazing. The breakfast was also very generous, and the environment was good. In the evening, there's a bar. The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned daily.

Everything was top-notch! Excellent space, functional, all sparkling clean and new. Super comfy beds! Extra perks: coffee pods, tea, milk, bottled water! A perfect ten!

Went with two of my friends. The room is rather small for three people but since we only were there to sleep it was ok. We found it weird that we had to set up the sleeping place for the third person ourselves as well as put on the bed covers by ourselves but ok. Unfortunately the duvet had a dirty spot. The front lady quickly called someone to change it for us. But now the most disgusting part is that the bed sheet on the couch bed was full of dirt and hair everywhere - it seemed like the cleaning lady forgot to pull it off and just left it on… so we voiced our concern again at the front desk. They sorted out the issue but I had wished that they would at least offer us something as an apology. And then later the shower head also fell off so we could only shower with the rain shower. What is also interesting is that the breakfast area is right where the lobby is. So people who eat are mingled with people who wait to check in. Housekeeping is also only once a week. We paid over 180€ a night for this hotel but the experience was not very satisfactory. When checking out we voiced our concerns and they said they will get back to us to compensate. Never heard from them again.

Beautiful hotel, clean, and in a good location. The service is excellent, and they treated us wonderfully. We had an issue with the shower in our room, and they quickly changed our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience. The room is large, modern, and super clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen. We recommend it to everyone; we left very happy, especially because of the excellent staff!
