The hotel is located in a very convenient location, 5 mins walk to Holborn Station and Covent Garden Station, making it extremely easy to get around central London. The property itself is very clean and the room is very quiet, no noise whatsoever day or night. Staffs are very friendly and there is even laundry facilities in the basement! Always a bonus when you are traveling with families and kids. I will for sure return when I visit London again!!

Pros: Room looks new and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Complete kitchenette including dish wash and sponge, kitchen towel all provided. The best part is free laundry with dryer. Cons: Room is a bit small. After fitting 2 big luggages there's not much space to walk around. Housekeeping is on every 4th day of stay. No amenities like slipper and toothbrush (probably need to request from front desk). Location: slightly further but still within walking distance to covent garden, Leicester square, chinatown and other attractions nearby. But because of this the room is very quiet and can sleep better.

The location is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. It is also very safe and the bed is very comfortable.

The fifth picture shown in the link does not seem to be of this room type. In fact, there is no such big sofa. The room is actually quite small, but the sound insulation is very good and it is very quiet at night.

The room is very spacious and has all the kitchen equipment, so you can easily cook a meal. The bed was very good. The only drawback was that the check-in time was around 2-3 pm. Even though there were already rooms available for you, the hotel staff still asked you to check in after 4 pm. It was a bad experience.

The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation and relatively complete facilities. Cleaning in the room is not arranged every day. You need to make an appointment with the front desk. This is an unsatisfactory place. The environment of the hotel room is good. It is recommended for more than 2 people to book a premium For apartments and above, the service is acceptable. The biggest problem is that the elevator often breaks down.

It’s very convenient for my son to take the IELTS exam

The location is very convenient, there is a room for check-in in advance, and there is no charge for luggage storage after check-out. This is very good. The information on bedding is worse than when I lived a year ago. There is no washing machine in the room, so I have to go to the laundry room downstairs to wash. The problem is that the hygienic aunt uses the same washing machine to wash all the cleaning rags and mops

Good location and convenient travel

Property looked recently updated; Staff very attentive, responsive and a pleasure. I would stay here again, however, I would ask for a room with windows that offer a view. Felt enclosed because our drapes required closing all the time.

We had a great overnight stay in an Apartment here. It’s in a great location, with Covent Garden just around the corner. There’s a CoOp opposite if you need any essentials, and a Pret next door. However there was complimentary water, tea and coffee in the Apartment. Everything was spotless - and we were greeted by a very friendly chap called Abas (hopefully I spelt the name right). The bed was so comfortable - in fact the only thing I would change was the view of the air conditioning units and other rooms from our window (Room 202) - although it was nice to see some natural light. Excellent value - and would deffo stay again when going to see a Show.

Good hotel in a great location. The room was well appointed and in excellent condition. The elevators weren’t working numerous days when I was there which was okay for me as I was on 2nd floor, might be frustrating if you were on 6th.

Great staff and room. But the elevators were always down. There are 3 elevators and one elevator worked "sometimes". My stay was one month.

Perfect location for west end and Covent Garden. Remarkably quiet. Our “go to” London accommodation.
