Excellent service, very comfortable bed and great toiletries. Location is great for long walks in Hyde park.

Convenient location right on Kensington High Street. Surrounded by good shops and restaurants. Bus stop outside and tube station a good five minute walk . The rooms are large with plenty of space for Families , the seating are does make a difference , as do the picture windows . We overlooked the High Street , which we loved but some have views of Hyde Park-Kensington Palace is next door ! Staff were all very attentive and professional. It was a late Birthday treat and I received cake and wine to the room , which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was of a very high standard , with enough choice for all guests . Enjoyed the Piano bar and the entertainment on offer . Would definitely come back to the Royal Garden, it's just so well placed .

The service is poor, the staff’s attitude is very rude and impolite.

Good hotel… nice room with view over the park and Palace… check in ok- had asked twice in advance for an earlier check in (one hour) - not available and not dealt with with much empathy so had a drink in the rather soulless Origins Bar.Otherwise a good stay and nice people.

Great location to stay in with easy accessible public transport of Metro+Bus.

Have always enjoyed Royal Garden Hotel, except this time since I arrived in the evening and was to leave after 2 night, early morning, I booked the small room. Small it was but my main difficulty was climbing into a bathtub to shower since I was having a bad knee. My earlier stay a month ago, at the same hotel, I was in a bigger room with a walk in shower, so that was good. Didn’t expect to climb into a bathtub. However since it was only for another night, I didn’t bother to change rooms. Other problem I encountered was that I couldn’t find a safe in the room. Again, didn’t bother to ask, just relied on the trustworthiness of the staff and left my passport and money behind. Nothing got taken, which was good.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner at the Rolf top restaurant.
