There is no electric iron, and there is a smell in the room. You can't open the window to let out the smell. You can only take charge after 3 o'clock. Except for the location near Big Ben, everything else is normal.

The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

i was VERY disappointed that the hotel advised me a much cheaper rate than i paid with Trip.com. When i got the invoice, it showed a rate much cheaper than what i paid to Trip.com.

I stay in hotels a lot for work, this one was clean and tidy the staff extra are friendly and the view I was given was amazing for a budget chain, I will stay again next time I come To the area for work. I’d didn’t eat here because there are a lot or places walkable distance
