The accommodation is very good, the transportation is very convenient, then I can sleep freely in this room, then the sound is also relatively low, very good experience, next time I will come back.

i was VERY disappointed that the hotel advised me a much cheaper rate than i paid with Trip.com. When i got the invoice, it showed a rate much cheaper than what i paid to Trip.com.

There is no electric iron, and there is a smell in the room. You can't open the window to let out the smell. You can only take charge after 3 o'clock. Except for the location near Big Ben, everything else is normal.

We were really impressed during our stay at this Premier Inn hotel. The location was fantastic, about 4 mins walk from Waterloo station and over the road from the London Eye. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast staff were lovely and a decent breakfast with plenty of variety was available. When staying in London with children this was perfect for us!

Location is superb, close to a lot of attractions and above all the train station! comfy beds, had a room with a view of the london eye which was awesome, Breakfast was delicious, great selection of food and value for money, we always at breakfast at the hotel and dinner one time which was good as well. Staff very friendly, out going and helpful !

Perfect location with the underground so near by, with 3 lines (North, Jubilee and Bakerloo), and London Eye right across from the Hotel, and walking distanse to Big Ben, up to Trafalger square, and Picadelly - and to Borough market, and we also walked to Victoria, so a good plate to stay to Get around for. the service was very, very good. I asked in advance for a room high up with view over London Eye, and also told them its my daughter birthday, so we got a room with a view, and a birthday cake, AND a long birthdaycard. It really made the day for my daughter. So little hassel, but means so much. The room was very good, Norwegian standard on both size and cleaniness. And the service from the staff was very good as well.

Usual good standard of room but windows looked out at a brick wall 2ft away. Very depressing and should have been sold with a warning and priced accordingly

I stayed here with my Granddaughter while we explored London for a few days. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Staff are lovely, Hotel feels very safe, and is in a Central location - 5 mins from Waterloo or Westminster stations. Good selection of bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a short walk to South Bank. Only 2 (small) criticisms, restocking of the breakfast buffet for food and plates was a bit slow resulting in queues. As plates were sometimes quite small, they could have run out again by the time you got to the front. Also, we had a twin room and the beds were pushed together - not great if you like your own space while sleeping! It can be a bit noisy as it is on a very busy road - ear plugs helped.
