Great loved it couldn't complain. Great time london Is swell

We book this hotel due to the fact it is close to train station, it was a layover. The room is small with no fan or aircon, heater doesnt work and the toilet is on the mezzanine floor. Super tight and narrow stairs. Cleanliness was okay, bed is comfy.

Basic, great for the price and especially the location, short walk from KGX, clean, quiet, and for anyone on a budget, nothing to complain about. Also, loads of eateries round the corner.

When you travel on a budget this is the type of place you stay. Good location as it is close to the museum and Piccadilly but it is old and kind of depressing. I would spend the extra money and get the private bathroom as it is worth it.

Avoid this hotel!!! The reception man was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable, make sure your are aware that you need to pay a £10 deposit for the key to your room, which they didn't make clear. The radiator didn't work in the room, no quilt just a fleece throw! Holes in doors and on the walls. The shower scolded my parnter Do not recommend for anyone it should be a no star hote😡😡😡

The Indian reception ask £10 fee for himself,which is not the tips! The room is not a quite one, the only good thing is the location of the hotel.

It’s hard to put it into words!

The location is convenient, it takes about 9 minutes to get to King Cross Station. However, the environment and equipment are relatively dilapidated, and the rooms are relatively small, but they are still clean and tidy. If you are a business person, it will be a good choice.

The room is not recommended, we were in the room for an hour and unfortunately had to book new accommodation because it was not possible to spend 3 nights there. The water was cold. The floor was completely full of water afterwards and we couldn't even clean the floor because we had one towel per person per night. When I asked for a second towel for the floor he said we wouldn't get a second towel until the next day. The heating didn't work. The room was abnormally small. So really not recommended!

A very old British wooden building, the stairs are very narrow, the rooms are old, but relatively clean. Close to King's Cross Station, only a 10-minute walk away. Only suitable for travelers who are on business and don't have much luggage. Not suitable for Hong Kong people. 

I am against receptionists asking any kind of information about where I live or reside, as it is against policy; until I filled out a form, which was made up, they would not let me in.
