It was good stay, they upgraded our room to executive one

This is a great hotel to choose from definitely one of the top-notch in service. I took my mom stay at this hotel for one week we have arrived in the very early morning hotel has arranged early check-in at 9:30 AM accommodating my 80 year old mom, which is very heartwarming. This hotel has the style , the design and history, as well as the best service all in one. At night time I have requested to add a blanket for my mom as she feel a little cold the housekeeping brought a blanket that was pre-warmed up. They really pay attention to details in service. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves rich history, as well as beautiful artsy designs. After I stayed at this hotel, I think will never possible. I will always put a rosewood hotel as my top choice. 

Great location in Central London. Very close to Holborn Station. However, I found I could walk to everything. Service at the hotel is A+. Bar was also great and they had a couple of good options for breakfast. Rooms are very big and bed super comfortable. Will stay at Rosewood London again!

Room is nice n clean, complimentary sauna is a delightful add on. Room phone was not working though and the corridor lobby in the building was dark and can have more signs.

The room is very big, it is rare to have such an area in the center of London. The whole hotel is very classical and elegant, and the atrium is also very photogenic. However, apart from the good location and appearance, the minibar is charged, the hair dryer is old, the facilities are aging, and the spare parts have a strange smell, which makes it not worth such a high price.

It feels magnificent and the decoration design is quite luxurious, but the room is not very big, but it should be considered good for London. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room. The location is also very convenient. There is a coffee shop opposite, 100 meters walk from the subway entrance, and a bus stop within 50 meters. The service is definitely impeccable, the location is good, the old money style, and the room is big. The only thing that annoys me is that the bathroom is very small and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.
