Excellent service at check in. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Desk staff helped me to book restaurants and the on site bar is excellent

This is a great hotel to choose from definitely one of the top-notch in service. I took my mom stay at this hotel for one week we have arrived in the very early morning hotel has arranged early check-in at 9:30 AM accommodating my 80 year old mom, which is very heartwarming. This hotel has the style , the design and history, as well as the best service all in one. At night time I have requested to add a blanket for my mom as she feel a little cold the housekeeping brought a blanket that was pre-warmed up. They really pay attention to details in service. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves rich history, as well as beautiful artsy designs. After I stayed at this hotel, I think will never possible. I will always put a rosewood hotel as my top choice. 

Great location in Central London. Very close to Holborn Station. However, I found I could walk to everything. Service at the hotel is A+. Bar was also great and they had a couple of good options for breakfast. Rooms are very big and bed super comfortable. Will stay at Rosewood London again!

Room is nice n clean, complimentary sauna is a delightful add on. Room phone was not working though and the corridor lobby in the building was dark and can have more signs.

The hotel is located in a prime location in London, next to the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square, and a 10-minute walk to Chinatown and Opera Street. It is understandable that hotels will not have holiday facilities in places where every inch of land is valuable. Because the venue is limited. Facilities: The hotel facilities are very well maintained, all the facilities are very new and clean. Hygiene: The sanitation is very clean. The shortcoming may be that the cleaner forgot to add water to the water seal, and the sewer smelled. Later, I found the hotel to solve it. Environment: There is no doubt that the overall design retains the traditional British style and injects fashion elements. Service: Five-star service level, there are receptionists who understand the languages ​​of various countries at the front desk. It's really cool!

The service is definitely impeccable, the location is good, the old money style, and the room is big. The only thing that annoys me is that the bathroom is very small and you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.

Very good stay experience, probably because of the "bloodline" of Hong Kong, the hotel interior and the room are very detail-oriented. The location is also close to the British Museum, and there are many theaters around. The West End, which is as famous as New York Broadway, is not far away. When checking in, the front desk saw that we were with our children and took the initiative to ask us if we wanted an extra bed. In addition, the breakfast here is also very delicate and delicious, and the restaurant service staff are also good.

Service: I rested in the room. Because I lived in a suite, the door was far from the room, but I really didn't hear the knock on the door. The waiter came in directly and pushed open the door where I was sleeping. She scared me, and I scared her. She apologized to me and left.  No matter how good the hotel in Europe is, the service concept is almost the same. If you ask, there is no tip, but you can't miss it. In Europe, when I choose a hotel, I want it to be new! Good! A lot of things! Nothing else! I have to say that I booked this room through Ctrip at the time. But after arriving, I found that the room type was too small. I had to buy another one for a week. The hotel asked me to book directly from their official website. I really booked directly from the official website. But Ctrip didn't let me refund it! It's more than twice as expensive! Choose carefully!

It's perfect. The suite I booked had gifts for the children and adults ready before check-in. A very perfect experience. The location and service settings are perfect. Red wine was given as a gift, but it's a pity that I don't drink

I arrived in London on an early flight and thought I would have to wait until the afternoon to check in. The hotel was very good and arranged for me to stay at around 12 o'clock. It was also very enjoyable to stay in the hotel. The kids loved it. They were very happy to get chocolates every day when they went out.
