it’s okay to stay for a night, not fancy but the price is good interms of location!

it’s very very small like box room just the bed was fit in the room nothing else no space to even adjust the luggage as well very tidy room not happy at all and the washroom is just with shower and attached to bed no space at all not happy

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room that I received at first got a dead cockroach in the ceiling. And I demanded for a change of room. Receptionist was helpful, got excellent manners and kind to handle my case.

It was value for money with a good neighbourhood and service.It wasn't 100% clean and the bathroom door was semi broken

I know the easyJet/easy hotel is a budget hotel. This hotel has no excuse for cleanliness and making sure things work.. We got to our hotel the shower didn’t work properly. The TV had no sound room smelt. I went to reception and they moved this to another hotel room . this was smaller than the one I booked, but Tv works shower temperature hot or cold no medium. The sheets were dirty, duvet was ripped not a pleasant experience. A few days in and I’ve been still haven’t been emptied room got hot as it had no windows, because of the rubbish began to smell I would suggest staying in a hostel, as this hotel should be listed at hostel or one star hotel I filled out form to complain on day of arrival to head office, but still waiting for reply three days later Avoid you’ll be better off spending more money or sleeping in a cardboard box

Yes it's small and has no window and a million stairs to the 4th floor BUT it"s very affordable. London is an expensive city, just like the airline Easyjet this is a no frills hotel. Take some water and snacks, just use it as a space to get some sleep and have a shower!

Very nice hotel with TV and WiFi in a very central area of London. Close to a supermarket which has everything you need, it's also very close to several tube stations and bus routes. It's also very close to the famous museum's in South Kensington. Incredibly friendly staff as well!

Hotel is situated in a handy area with everything around you within walking distance. Room itself is very very tiny, photos don't do it justice. I felt a little claustrophobic if I'm honest. Sink and bathroom had other people's hairs in it too.

The budget small no window rooms are really only designed for very light travel. The only only floor space is not big enough to open a standard suitcase. I would reccomend the hotel for future trips ensure I booked a larger room for stays greater than a few nights

If you’re looking for literally just a place to sleep at in a good location In London, this is for you. The room is literally just a bed and airport style bathroom.

Stayed in G1 , unfortunately was awoken by corridor outside , would recommend some sound cancellation in the room due to noise from reception/corridor outside

Good location, very friendly service. Very basic and floors.could be cleaner but for what it costs in that location I'm happy, will definitely use again

The location is very good. Only few minutes from the earls Court station. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
