Very good service. Clean, good breakfast. Situated in center of London, very close to Paddington rail station and subway. You can get whatever you want very easy. Nice surroundings. Compliments to Bogdan from reception.
Mercure London Bridge

The Mercure London Bridge hotel exceeded expectations. Our Privilege King bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful - nothing seemed too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was superb, very well stocked and of excellent quality. The position of this hotel is very convenient being roughly half way between Waterloo railway station and the Shard. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Mercure London Earls Court
4.2/597 Reviews
I called the hotel on 10/12/24 regarding an upcoming reservation to discuss some matters relating to my booking. 1st call: issue not resolved, someone tried to put me through to reception, phone rang and rang and then someone picked up, and then slammed the phone down and hung up on me quite rudely. second call at 0906 and it was answered by someone by the name of Sania/ Xenia. They confirmed that it was indeed The Mercure at Earls Court. I highlighted my issue to them. She was non- courteous over the phone and dismissive of my request and tried to dismiss me by telling me, my issue can only be dealt with at the time of check-in. I informed her that I have spent 62 nights at Accor hotels this year alone and the procedure for it not as she is making it out to me and would therefore like to speak to someone who can actually help me with it. She then quite bluntly and rudly told me to call back and speak to reception - to dial the number yet again (which I had called through on for the 3rd time) and say “Reception” to the automated voice message. When I insisted that that was not an option, she tole me it is the only option and refused to put me through to the reception from her end. I found her behaviour utterly abysmal. She wasted my time, failed to take any concerns on board and did not have any willingness to listen. But worst of all, lied to me and repeatedly felt that it was ok to provide me with the wrong information despite my insistence otherwise. This is all on top of not having the decency to provide the most basic level of customer service despite working within the hospitality and service sector. I am appalled by how Accor finds such poor customer service as being acceptable! I had to then call through again a third time at 0910, to the same number, to only then be put forward to the reception. Once I managed to get hold of the guest relations manager, my concerns were promptly addressed but it was a rather big waste of my time until I got to that point. My main concerns are that despite being a platinum member with Accor, if this is the treatment I receive, I would hate to imagine the service and hospitality others do, in particular people who are more gullible or less able to stand their ground. This is not right especially when most people dedicate a lot of their time and hard earned money to stay in these hotels. I would like this matter to be appropriately addressed and want to hear of an outcome of the steps that have been taken as a result of the complaint.
Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel
4/5125 Reviews
Paddington
The location is very close to Paddington train station and subway station, there are Big Bus and Golden Bus Tour stations nearby, and there is Hyde Park walking south. Drinks, tea bags, and biscuits are all free. The room space is small and it will be very narrow with a large suitcase. When you check-out, just put the door card in the small box at the counter. Overall, the location and service are very convenient.
Mercure London Bloomsbury Hotel
3.9/5123 Reviews
Bloomsbury
The hotel's location is convenient, and it's also very convenient to take the bus and subway. The room is a bit small and there is no refrigerator, which is a bit inconvenient. The health condition is also acceptable. It was Christmas during the trip, and there was no room cleaning service on that day.
