I had a fabulous time at the hotel, check in was so smooth. The ambiance at the bar was perfect and not noisy. The bathroom was very spacious, I felt like a king for one night. I recommend this hotel to anyone as there’s no way you can regret it.

The location is very convenient. It is a walking distance to BURBERRY's largest flagship store and Chinatown. The Museum of Art Museum is just a walk away. It is also very convenient to see the phantom. I am going to choose here next time. However, the value of money is not necessarily the case, after all, the price is not cheap. But the overall feeling is still satisfactory, and the focus is on convenience. The bar downstairs on the weekend was a bit noisy.

Checked in today and room had air con units right outside window - unsightly and noisy. We mentioned this at reception and the response was immediate and positive. Lydia was so considerate, professional, kind and caring. She offered us an alternative room which was extremely satisfactory. The room was fantastic and the staff at reception, bar and restaurant were exemplary. A great welcome and a great stay. Rooms were immaculately clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you all.

Great hotel just off Oxford Street & not far from where I needed to be, however there was building work taking place outside and if the hotel had informed me I would have booked elsewhere. I think the builders started at 07.30 so having a lie-in was out. Reception although professional never apologised for the noise or offered a different room.

The place is small and it is very unexpected. The old buildings are small. But the location is excellent, the friendly breakfast is not bad. The price is not cheap, as long as it is convenient for shopping, it does not need such a downtown
