The owner of this accommodation is a humble, outgoing, and friendly gentleman,. Location is super convenient for tourists as the Artillery Street entrance to the wall is within 5 meters. The room space is enough that all facilities are installed in an organized manner. Sockets, TV, kettle, tee bag, coffee powder, milk, tea cup and glass are available. Bathroom is modernly designed and clean. Shampoo, body wash, and hand wash are provided by the owner.

Really loved this place! I stayed recently with my 14 year old daughter and Kieran went above and beyond. The location is fantastic with great views of the city walls. Loved the good quality towels and toiletries and breakfast items. Would definitely stay again!

Siamo arrivati mentre il proprietario del B&B stava uscendo, ci ha salutato di fretta. Accoglienza pessima abbiamo dovuto arrivarci da soli per capire quale era la nostra camera. La camera era sporca, ho trovato un asciugamano sporco e il gabinetto sporco (comunicato ma l' asciugamano è rimasto in stanza). Non parliamo poi della colazione, le indicazioni poche chiare, ore 7:53 lo chiamiamo non facciamo neanche tempo a chiedere e scuote la testa e ci fa apro alle 8 e se ne va. Alle 8 ci apre manco ci saluta. Pessimo/maleducato/ poco socievole. Mi spiace non lo consiglio a nessuno

PESIMA actitud del gerente. El establecimiento normalito. Demasiadas escaleras. El trato del gerente muy maleducado, nos cuelga el teléfono. No admite diálogo. Sábanas sucias, con pelos de otra gente.No admite que le podidamos cambiarlas. Nos trata con desprecio y directamente nos hecha. El desayuno una tomadura de pelo. Para irte a desayunar al primer sitio que encuentres Pero lo peor es el trato de esta persona hacia los huéspedes ante cualquier problema que le plantees. No busca soluciones, simplemente te hecha. Como sabe que no hay tiempo de reacción se aprovecha de esa ventaja. PARA NO VOLVER

No 8 The Townhouse The location was central. Checking in was very easy through the use of a keypad. The room was very small and in need of decorating. The furnishings and bedding were very tired. The bathroom was clean but the quality of both the towels were substandard and badly frayed. There was no sink plug and the bath plug leaked. Basic tea and coffee supplies were available within the room but were not replenished during our stay. Our room was at the back of the property, and the pigeons in the derelict building behind were noisy and significantly impacted on our sleep. Breakfast was very basic - it would be a stretch to call it continental. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this accommodation to others visiting Derry.

Once again Keiran did not disappoint. The place is quaint,spotlessly clean and friendly. In the small dining area, three different nationalities all chatting together. Feels like a home from home. Keiran makes everyone very welcome. Will definitely be back.

My husband booked us a room to go see a show at the Millennium forum. The room was lovely decorated, with an en suite bathroom. The location was very central, right in the town centre. We parked about a 10 minute walk away and over night parking was about £4. Not bad. You can park outside but there are time restrictions. Had a great sleep. Met our host Kieran at breakfast. He was very welcoming, bubbly, funny and friendly. Lovely continental breakfast cereal, toast, orange juice, coffee/tea. Absolute value for money. Would definitely recommend it and we will be back 😊
