Excellent boutique hotel, with period furnishings, very well located for walking to the centre of Derry, while being quiet and easy to park. Rooms were clean, and breakfast very good. It was great to have a cosy bar area for that nightcap and chat to other guests. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for nearby bars and restaurants. We knew that our room would be very small, with limited space, but were only staying one night so that wasn't too important.

Nous étions dans l'appartement Poets Corner. C'était un séjour incroyable. L'accueil, l'appartement, la décoration, l'emplacement, tout était parfait. Nous serions bien restées plus longtemps. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est exceptionnel, la commande est faite la veille, ce qui permet de ne pas perdre de temps. Les produits sont excellents et tous les plats que nous avons goûtés aussi. Très copieux. Nous avons reçu de très bons conseils et tout le monde est amical, chaleureux et disponible. Derry est un vrai régal et c'est l'endroit parfait pour en profiter. Hâte d'y retourner.

Amazing decor, fantastic service, wonderful people. Really comfortable atmosphere. Easy parking all around property. Close to city centre for an abundance of nightlife if desired. Peaceful and relaxing for a getaway from a day or so to a couple of weeks if you can. We will return as soon as we can to soak up more of the fabulous atmosphere. Thank you everyone at The Lawrence 🤗

Very comfortable quiet rooms, beautifully decorated. Soft fluffy dressing gowns and excellent toiletries from a local company.
The cosy room with real fire is the perfect place for a pre-dinner drink and there is an honesty bar.
Breakfast choices are wide ranging and freshly cooked.

Very walkable into city, but mind that Derry has many hills. Beautiful rooms in a historic building. Staff are amazing and we took the walking tour organized by the hotel which was also great. Highly, highly recommend.
