On arrival, it was informed that they don't have any information of the child with us. There was no working exhausts in the bathroom. When informed, it was told that it is on timer, while it did not worked at all. Food was just okay, without much variety.

Have stayed in this hotel numerous times . So handy to everywhere and staff are all very helpful. A good selection at breakfast just a pity it’s only scrambled egg available. Would recommend this hotel .

Delayed check in time , light was off night due to drip. Waited till mng to get lights in toilet

Great hotel nice big size room

Had a lovely stay here for early birthday celebrations. Room was beautiful, clean and bed really comfy slept like a log. Staff were very friendly and welcoming breakfast was delicious also. Will definitely be back and I recommend

Very good, thank you. The store is in the center of town, with convenient transportation, but the breakfast is a bit low, it's a traditional English breakfast, but the quality is average, it's ok.

Very central hotel, very convenient discounted parking nearby, it's a shame that the parking is a bit expensive but in line with other facilities!!

Family room, the room is a bit small, if the drainage is not blocked, it is still satisfactory

The room was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small and the sound insulation along the street is average.

The sound insulation is too poor, and the vehicles on the road facing the street on the third floor can be heard clearly, which affects rest.
