I got married here in covid 4 years ago everything was amazing about the day and I knew I'd be back, well 4 years later we came back as a family of six and OMG service was 10/10.. we got served by David and he was such a gentleman, everything about our visit was just phenomenal ... Roast beef wow just wow... Thank you for giving us a very memorable family day out, we will definitely be back and would highly recommend

Great hotel .. great location. Immaculately kept, lobby , bar , rooms all so clean . Staff we’re all so friendly and welcoming. In particular martie in the bar was amazing. He made us so welcome & went above & beyond for us . If in derry in the future would definitely stay there again

A couple of very pleasurable nights spent here. We were attending a concert at Ebrington and location was perfect. From the lovely greeting at check in to the spotless comfortable room, our stay was a joy. A special mention for Martin and Paddy in the Snug Bar who made our stay from Dublin even better. They are a credit to both the hotel and the hospitality industry.

Atmosphere was so bland. We both ordered the sirloin of beef. Which equated to 1 slice of beef (tough to cut) 1 roast potato, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 2 small broccoli, a large spoon of mash potato 1 Yorkshire pudding & loads of gravy. 100% not worth the money we have just paid, honestly one of the worst Sunday dinners I have ever had.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The standout factor though is the absolutely fantastic staff - every single member was friendly, helpful and accommodating. A special mention needs to go to Stephanie on reception and the barman in The Snug. Breakfast was good.
