I can’t begin to explain how wonderful the service is at this hotel. Friendly hard working ladies at the front desk. They were so eager to help and make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. From parking to dinner reservations. The service here is unparalleled.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel right in the heart of Derry. We were made feel right at home and the staff were amazing from reception, to bar, to restaurant. The meal on the night of our stay was one of the best I've ever eaten. We will definately visit again. This hotel is exceptional.

An excellent central location , very tastefully decorated. However the hotels greatest asset is its wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived at reception and without exception with every staff member we subsequently met we found them exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The bishops gate is the place to stay in Derry. It is a beautiful hotel with highly skilled, friendly, and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and rewarding. Literally, from the valet, to reception (KAYLI-sp?), everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, and just top-notch. The hotel is meticulous and inviting. It is a place you want to come home to every night After being out visiting Derry and seeing the sites. It is also centrally located within the city walls and within walking distance to almost everything. It was really a treat staying here.

Wonderful boutique hotel in center of Derry . We stayed one night and had an evening meal . Top rate for dinner bed and breakfast …. Great value and meal was excellent.. all three courses ! Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and interesting. We did a tour of the walls and visited all the interesting museums and the cathedral . Great to see the peace bridge and that people are really moving on and so proud of their city . Will definitely be back and hopefully sun will be shining !

This hotel is a gem in the middle of a beautiful city like Derry full of history and emotions. Rooms are big and the bed is really comfortable. Smile in every employee face.
