Absolutely love Bishops Gate Hotel. Staff go out of their way to help. The food is outstanding, cleanliness impeccable and aesthetically stunning. All staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Amazing hotel

Couldn't fault the Bishops Gate hotel everything was perfect. Staff were so helpful, food was good, beautifully kept in all areas and great history with the property. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t fault the staff or service at this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and has a lovely atmosphere, the latter due to the helpful, friendly staff. The position is perfect for sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a say in this delightful hotel.

We couldn't get a reservation at the actual hotel property, but the staff booked us into an apartment across the street in a building operated by the hotel. We had access to all the conveniences of the hotel, except the breakfast buffet. No problem, the apartment had a kitchen stocked with continental breakfast items. It was a good alternative for us, since we wanted to stay in a top-flight facility within the historic walls of the city. We actually stayed in two different apartments over three nights. Two nights in a one-bedroom suite, and one night in a two-bedroom (because the one-bedroom wasn't available.) Both apartments were great and comfortable spaces for us. Bathrooms were fully updated. The two-bedroom flat was huge. The front-desk staff were extremely helpful. The hotel restaurant is one of the top dining sites in the city.

Beautiful hotel, great location! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and nothing is any bother. Myself and my husband stayed for 1 night bed & breakfast. The room was spotless and the bed was soooo comfy! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with something to suit all tastes. You start by helping yourself to cereal, fruit, yogurt, pastries, muffins etc then you're served a hot breakfast.... we both went for a full Irish but there was options of pancakes, scrambled egg etc. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and wouldn't hesitate staying there again in the future! Well deserving of 5⭐️

My husband and I have stayed in Bishopsgate several times for overnight stays .The staff are lovely .The hotel is luxurious but because it’s not too big is cosy as well. We usually stay for b&b and dinner and both food and service are excellent .
