酒店裝修老，房間淋浴間沒有淋浴噴頭，衹有頂上的花灑，洗頭洗澡必須同時。就提供一條毛巾，刷牙杯子也沒有。 離購物中心近，通往購物中心是內部路，外面很亂。商場可以買到哈瓦那和梅麗莎。

A recepção é um pouco demorada, geralmente tem uma pequena fila. O restante é 100%, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. As instalações são práticas e apropriadas. O restaurante oferece poucas opções, mas a comida é saborosa. O lanche é divino. O café da manhã é farto e atende todos os paladares. Super indico.

Average Stay; been here 2 yrs ago and it was much better. The property need maintenance Urgently. Mattresses are terrible as well as pillows, almost impossible to sleep. I stayed 3 nights and I barely slept due to the mattress and pillows. Breakfast was ok, average Brazilian breakfast with decent options to select. The best part of staying at this hotel is that if you are on Business and don't want to move a lot at night to have dinner you have the Boulevard Shopping next to the hotel were you can find everything you could need to have lunch, dinner or coffee. Also there's a supermarket at the shopping mall to have anything you might need during your stay.

Very good service and nice people

We were pleased with the quantity and variety of foods available for breakfast, however, we were very disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel. It appeared run-down with many stains in the hallways and in our suite. The bed was not comfortable.

It was a pleasant stay. Property was in very good conditions and very clean.

Dependências muito agradáveis e modernas. Restaurante muito bom. Único ponto que precisa melhorar é a cama, cujo colchão é fino e pouco confortável. O hotel fica ao lado do Shopping, o que é um grande ponto favorável.

Eccelente Hotel. Muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso ao shopping que faz parte do conglomerado.

Otima estadia, bom hotel e funcionários atenciosos

Razoável, simples porém agradável. Acessibilidade ao shopping, deixa a estadia mais confortável. Atendimento muito bom porém não muito esclarecido. Fiz a reserva pelo app hotéis. com, optei por parcelar e no check-in ao passar o cartão foi efetuado pagamento a vista. Acredito que eu teria direito a escolher por qual melhor opção de pagamento.

Ótimo atendimento, bom café da manhã, quarto limpo, muito bom o fácil acesso ao Shopping Boulevard. Um pouco distante para ir ao centro da cidade sem carro.
