Everything was great. My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom (the whole room really) was terrible. Really difficult to get ready and do hair/make up.

Room was ok little smaller than pictures show. I loved having the extra guests(ants) run around the bed and cabinet tops...But the best thing was the extra charge that was put on our card because we used 3rd party to book the room, they decided to add that extra fee we saved by using ******* on our credit card directly...so really there was saving and when we checked in there was mention of such fee. Sure it was a small fee but nothing was mentioned or said at anytime about this fee. What if we didnt use the ammenities we were charged for...were still charged for them but never told we had the option to deny or refuse such charge. So we will not be staying here ever again or any of their other owned hotels in the area. I get it, but why secretly charge you, be upfront...let the charge be an option if we use the amenities only...

Everything was within walking distance. We never really had to leave. From the beach being walking distance from our room to the heated pool, sauna, restaurant, and free bike rentals. It was an easy check in and out. Plus the staff was so welcoming nice and helpful.

It was a very nice place but our second night staying there was a gas leak from the propane fireplace next to us. We ended up having to leave our room and they moved us to there “suite” well that room had no jacuzzi tub and no kitchen, that was the whole reason we got that room. Very sad that all happened I’m sure it would have been a great stay if I was able to stay in the room. But it was so bad it was making me and my partner nauseous and our faces were extremely itchy. They were very nice when I brought up the issue and had no problem moving us to a different room. Unfortunately the room we got moved too was not good and it was under their kitchen so it was extremely noisy tell around 12am and then was all quite tell about 6am. I definitely won’t be staying at this place again unfortunately just one bad experience after another ruined it for us.

Room was nice and proximity to beach and boardwalk was great. Staying in a Pool House room, which was clean and loved the French press coffee. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors, also screaming children in the pool. When we used the heated pool, there were no clean towels and the temp of the water was lukewarm. Jetted tub in our room didn't work. Probably would stay elsewhere next time we visit Long Beach.
