酒店很新，房間面積和衞生情況完全符合星級標準，泡池很大，衞浴分離，停車也很方便，酒店的早餐和中餐廳味道很好，旅遊的就餐完全可以在酒店解決，飯菜可口而且性價比高，酒店的服務人員熱情，服務員主動幫我們拿行李，早餐真的不錯，各種涼菜粥牛奶豆漿都有，推薦

房間空間很大，房內泡池大小合適，水温夠，水是真温泉，贊一個。非常值得推薦的就是一樓中餐廳，出品非常棒，一看就是正經廚師用心做出來的。

房間乾淨整潔，預訂時要求安靜的無煙房，前台小姐姐早早就安排好了，客房服務有求必應，反應快速，九樓有汗蒸休息區，二樓還有健身房，設施非常齊全，再説一下餐廳，菜量非常大，味道好且平價，早餐也非常豐富，牛奶豆漿粥各種小涼菜都有，總之很滿意，下次還會再來。

金水灣酒店在承德屬於高端酒店了，裝修風格很有特色，前台服務人員熱情接待服務周到，入住第一時間添加了微信，安排的房間乾淨整潔，非常滿意，而且房間還佈置了果盤，讓顧客有賓至如歸的感覺，推薦👍👍👍

每個月兩趟承德出差，一直住在金水灣，從前台的兵至如歸，到餐廳服務的無微不至，再到客房提前開好的空調温度，一進門舒服極了，知道我愛喝茶，提前準備了水，服務衞生沒得説，設施也很齊全，乒乓球桌球健身房都有，還會介紹朋友過來。

酒店很新，很高大上，這家性價比不錯，就來了，確實還可以，最要表揚的是私湯房的水放水極快，大概十分鐘就能放滿，水很燙，而且房間特別暖和，早餐品種也很豐盛，公共泡池外有室外泡池，水温很好，泡池水很乾凈，有娛樂設施提供孩子玩耍，下次一定帶娃過來度過一個完美的假期👍
