地段不錯，周邊很繁華，前台小姐姐服務很好，還設有洗衣房，有停車場，房間佈局合理，乾淨，無異味，床上用品很舒服，淋浴出水也很快

無話可説，酒店服務太差，經理謊話張口就來，酒店的問題卻偏偏，説客人的問題，是地漏完全不漏水，竟然説客人沒關水，還好我走的時候拍了照片，看看能遇見裏面還有滴水嗎？沒關水的話，下面是不是還會有水？結果我投訴後，他跟攜程的客服説我一個晚上沒關水龍頭，地漏都完全不漏水，竟然怪我們一個晚上沒關，還説阿姨搞衞生的時候，水龍頭還沒關，你們自己的房間跟浴室裏麪的門都是一條，都沒有門檻，又不防滑，害客人摔跤，結果他們的經理就這麼處理的，睜着眼睛説瞎話，甩鍋給客人，這樣的經理，就這麼處理問題的，的還好我走，拍了照片，不然的話，我會比竇娥還冤，
