Bags pack, in the lobby and calls, go out to get a Didi, then a taxi and finally a check for a bus and possible train. For our 1 1/2 hour drive from Guangzhou to Cloud Nine Hot springs ALL forms of travel had been cancelled. Disappointment and then anger was reached as an attempt to refund the trip or to possibly rebook a trip at a later date were both rejected. Ironically the covid case was in the hot springs area NOT Guangzhou but my friend and I were told tough for you and left losing $1000! HORRIBLE service and shameful behavior on both the booking company and the hotel to not rectify a situation that most certainly had nothing to do with us!!

This is my second time here. It's very suitable for children. Adults can enjoy hot springs while children can swim, drink bubble tea, and slide on the water. There is also a music surfing which is very fun. The hygiene is also very good. The buffet dinner at the Whisky Hotel is also good.

Service: The service is also in place. Basic needs can be seen. There are several teas and fruit plates when entering the hotel. They mainly help to take group photos and help to check the waterproof bag of mobile phones. Hot spring area: Children play in the water fortress, swimming pool, and various hot spring pools, indoor and outdoor, at the foot of the mountain, on the mountainside, and on the top of the mountain. The hotel is a bit old, but it should have been better in the past. Now it is a beauty in its twilight years. The lobby is grand and has a Southeast Asian style. The room is clean. The ceiling fan and the wooden ceiling are a major feature. The two large beds are very comfortable. The front desk upgraded the room to one with a hot spring. Because of the hot weather, I did not go to the hot spring. The window faces the mountain view, but it is a pity that the road below is under construction, which spoils the view. Next time, I will stay in a room with a balcony to enjoy the negative ions of Nankun Mountain.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hot spring pools are large and small with different effects. Taking the kids to the bubble pool, children's water park and surfing pool is absolutely a great experience. A great hot spring parent-child trip!
