Where do I start with this hotel? How about check in. When we arrived, there was no front desk clerk to be seen, only a sign that said “back soon.” We called and search around, but no staff anywhere to be seen. Along with the other guests in line to check in, we waited 20-25 minutes before the front desk clerk showed up with a piece of pizza in his hand, given to him by a guest upstairs where he had apparently been hanging out. He admitted this. He then told us our reserved room had been given away, so he downgraded us and then said we’d get a “discount” - which was simply the price difference for the downgrade. They had no rollaway beds or cots available, so we had to deal with only one bed in the room. No apology or alternative option given. No exaggerating - the pool capacity said 19 and there were approximately 40 people in there. Thats a conservative estimate. No functioning lights in the slide area, towels overflowing from the disposal area, and no staff to be seen the entire night. My son got a metal sliver in his foot from the pool bottom. Kiddie pool was out of order. Workout room was out of order. Mens bathroom was out of order. I grew up in the hotel industry, and have even worked at a holiday inn - this was easily the worst run property I have stayed at. Like others have stated, stay away from this hotel.
