From the moment we walked in Orlando took excellent care of us. The room was bright and clean and accommodated our needs with separate thermostats in the living and sleeping area. The staff was warm and friendly. When we needed extra pillows and blankets they brought them up promptly. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return on our next trip.

We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the "room" was actually more like a one bedroom apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen/den rooms. Very spacious. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel does allow pets which caused my animal allergies to kick in from what I believe may have been some minimal pet dander on the couch. This room was very clean and there was no pet odor or any other signs the room had been previously occupied by pets so if I hadn't seen the other guests with pets, I would have been mystified as to why my sensitive allergies were acting up. I will be staying at this properly during my next stay and will simply drape the couch with one of the spare sheets the hotel thoughtfully leaves in the room, at which point I believe my allergies will be fine.

Very poor staff communications (not English speakers!). Listed "Breakfast included" but was not included. "Bare bones" facility, too many quality places to stay in Longmont, I won't go back here.
